OUR STORY
OUR STORY
BUILT AROUND PEOPLE.
THE MEDIA CAME NEXT.
We’re Jeremy and Shannon Reynolds, the husband-and-wife team behind Reynolds Media Group.
Long before RMG, we were teammates in just about every other sense of the word. We served in the Air Force, built careers, raised two pretty incredible kids, and somewhere along the way learned that the best things tend to happen when you surround yourself with good people and take really good care of them.
That idea became a big part of RMG.
What started with the two of us and a camera has grown into a team of photographers, editors, and support working together with one goal: make life easier for the agents who trust us with their business.
Of course, we care about creating beautiful photos and videos. But we’ve always believed the experience matters just as much as the finished product. Easy booking. Great communication. A team you can count on. Media delivered quickly and consistently. And real people there when you need us.
Because at the end of the day, our job isn’t simply to make a house look good.
It’s to help you look like a rockstar for your clients.
MEET RMG
MEET RMG
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE MEDIA.
CHARLEY STRICKLAND
Photographer
Charley has been part of the RMG team for nearly two years and brings the same thing to every appointment: a warm personality, great service, and a way of making just about everyone feel at ease.
Outside of RMG, Charley loves sunshine, morning walks, playing pickleball with her husband, homemaking, and making things look pretty. Her faith and family are a big part of her life, and you’ll rarely find her too far from a cup of coffee, an Etsy project, or an excuse to get outside.
Basically, if Charley shows up for your shoot, you’re in very good hands. And if there’s coffee nearby, even better.
Megan DEItz
Photographer
Megan brings the kind of energy we love at RMG: creative, easygoing, and always ready for whatever the day throws at her. With more than two decades behind the camera, she brings a great eye and a love of connecting with people to everything she photographs.
Her superpower? Thriving in chaos. Megan is friendly, fun, and completely unfazed when things don’t go according to plan. She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and keeping things moving.
When she’s not behind the camera, Megan loves to travel, catch live music or a comedy show, and spend as much time as possible either on the water or up in the mountains. Add good friends and family to the mix, and she’s pretty happy.
And yes, everyone really does love Megan. We get it.
TAYLOR MANN
Photographer
Taylor is one of the newest faces at RMG and a recent addition to Wilmington after making the move from Morehead City. He’s easygoing, genuinely kind, and brings a laid-back personality that makes him easy to work with.
Outside of RMG, Taylor is a serious car guy and runs his own window-tinting business, so if the conversation turns to cars, you’ve probably found his favorite subject.
We’re excited to have him as part of the RMG crew.
SHERILYN BILLONES
Client Support + Quality Control
If everything at RMG seems to magically keep moving behind the scenes, there’s a pretty good chance She has something to do with it. From her home in the Philippines, she handles our quality control and delivery, keeping things organized, checking the details, and making sure your media gets where it needs to go.
That attention to detail follows her outside of RMG too. She loves organizing, keeping things tidy, and finding simple ways to make everyday life a little easier. Drawing was her first love, and she’s also a fan of good food, K-dramas, and spending time with her family.
She’s discovered a love of traveling and enjoys getting the chance to explore new places when she can. She appreciates simple joys, meaningful experiences, and is always looking for ways to learn, grow, and make the most of life.
She is quite possibly the sweetest person on the planet, and RMG simply wouldn’t run the same without her.

Outside of RMG, Taylor is a serious car guy who loves working on cars and bikes and runs his own window-tinting business. He’s also proudly into the nerdy stuff, especially Star Wars and retro video games.
When he’s not working on something with wheels or firing up an old-school game, you’ll usually find him spending time with his wife and their dogs.
Basically, cars, dogs, Star Wars, and a good retro game. Taylor’s pretty easy to figure out.

BEHIND THE EDITS
GREAT MEDIA IS ONLY
PART OF THE JOB.
Once the shoot is finished, our editing team takes over. They’re the behind-the-scenes crew who help turn everything we photograph into the finished media our clients see every day.
They work closely with our team to keep our editing consistent, our turnaround fast, and every delivery looking like RMG.
You may not see them, but you definitely see their work.

WHAT MATTERS TO US
WHAT MATTERS TO US
GREAT MEDIA IS ONLY
PART OF THE JOB.
We built RMG around a pretty simple idea: take care of people.
That means showing up, communicating, making things easy, and treating your clients and your listings with the same care we’d want for our own.
We’re proud of the media we create. But what matters most to us is being the team you know you can count on.
WE’RE A CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY.
WE JUST HAPPEN TO MAKE REALLY GOOD MEDIA.
READY WHEN YOU ARE.
